At 16, I started on my journey of achieving the "perfect body," diving headfirst into a world of fad diets and extreme measures.
For 10 gruelling years, I rode the rollercoaster of yo-yo dieting, battling binge eating and emotional overeating. Each "failure" left me more frustrated and confused.
I was trapped in a cycle of self-doubt and food obsession, desperately seeking a way out.
Then it hit me: there had to be an easier, more sustainable path to health and happiness.

Delving into education, research, and the realm of trigger mapping & eating psychology led me to a profound realization: all the elements required for good health already exist within us; we simply need to discover how to unlock them.
I uncovered the missing piece of the wellness puzzle through countless trials and errors.
This journey of self-discovery wasn't just about me anymore; it became my mission to help other women break free from the same struggles.
That's how AfterGlow was born– a glimpse of hope amidst a confusing world of diets and unrealistic body image standards.
Armed with a Kineseology Diploma, Bachelors Degree in Public Relations, certifications in Eating Psychology, Applied Nutrition, Personal Training and Life Coaching, I developed the Neuro-Empowered EatingTM Formula.
My vision? A world where women feel empowered, confident, and supported on their health journeys. Loving your body matters more than what others think, and real health shines from the inside out.
