Why I created EMPOW|HER?

For years, I was stuck in the same cycle I see so many women trapped in—dieting, over-exercising, and constantly chasing a smaller number on the scale. I was searching for perfect and constantly (and not surprisingly) kept coming up short. Despite doing all the “healthy things,” I felt the furthest from healthy.

Mo matter how much I controlled my food or pushed my body, I never felt free. And to be honest, the number on the scale never really changed. I was stuck in the binge-restrict cycle and felt alone, ashamed and defeated. I remember thinking to myself, how can I be an Elite Personal Trainer and help women, if I can’t even help myself? 💔

One day, I hit a breaking point. I realized I was chasing a version of health that wasn’t real. I wanted sustainable, enjoyable health. I was done with the binges & constantly feeling guilty. So I made a decision to figure out a solution. I started working with my body, instead of fighting it. I built strength. I let go of food rules & guilt. And for the first time, I felt truly free.

Now, I’ve helped hundreds of women do the same—and I created EMPOW•HER to share that experience with YOU.

Let’s uncover the truth about diet culture and why it’s keeping you stuck. Based in Neuro-Science & human emotion, I’ll walk you through my proven process called The G-L-O-W Method to:

Then: Women in Strength Total Body Strength Session (11:30AM - 12:30PM)
At Summit Lifestyle & Performance, you’ll join me for a total-body strength session, crafted exclusively for this event. We’ll focus on form, function, and feeling strong.

This isn’t HIIT or CrossFit—it’s a guided, approachable strength training class designed to meet every fitness level. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, you’ll leave feeling confident and proud of what your body can do.

Lunch Break (1PM - 2PM)
Refuel your glow with a nourishing meal (provided) and connect with like-minded women who are ready to step into their strength.

Wrap-Up (2PM - 3PM)
We’ll end the day celebrating your wins and leave you with an AfterGlow present to keep your glow going.

Q: What if I’ve never worked out before?
A: Perfect! This event is designed to be beginner-friendly. We’ll focus on proper form and movements so you feel comfortable and confident in the gym.

Q: What’s included in the cost?
A: Your ticket includes the full day of workshops and strength training, coffee/tea, snacks, lunch, and a goodie bag.

Q: What should I bring?
A: Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, bring a water bottle, and show up ready to have fun!
